About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in construction (1 year preferred).
• Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately interpret installation plans.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing methods.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with prefab installation techniques and materials.
• Willingness to travel (25% preferred).
