Requirements

• Valid pest control license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial pest control or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform inspections and treatments, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Be able to pass a background
• Be able to pass a drug screening and physical.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.
• Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Apply pest control products safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Educate clients on pest prevention methods and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term pest management.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and client interactions.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and new pest control technologies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
