About The Position

As a Commercial Pest Control Sales Representative, your main focus will be on new business-to-business account development. You will be responsible for making cold calls, setting up appointments with prospects, and presenting innovative programs all while earning commissions in a protected territory. An extensive sales training program will be provided to make sure that you are adequately prepared to take ownership of your new role.

Requirements

  • 1 year business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Sales hunter mentality
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to cold call, propose, and close new business deals

  • Drive strategic new business development initiatives within the B2B sector, identifying and securing high-value accounts.
  • Proactively engage with and convert company-generated leads through timely, value-driven outreach and follow-up.
  • Qualify prospective clients, schedule consultative appointments, and deliver compelling presentations tailored to business needs.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and solution-oriented selling.
  • Conduct thorough client follow-ups and quality assurance engagements to ensure satisfaction.
