We are seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented Commercial Partner Manager to serve as the key relationship manager and point of contact for our domestic and international channel and business development partners. After business development partnerships are closed, you will be responsible for ensuring those partners are delivering on our jointly developed strategic and operating plans. You will turn strategy into goals, metrics, and plans that will deliver the expected outcomes. You will ensure partners, growers, process, and supply chain collaborators get the instructions, support, and materials they need and deliver on the outcomes we expect, on the expected timelines. You will work in-country with international partners and travel extensively, as needed to support execution. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales operations, customer success, and support.
