Compensation & Benefits Full-time, hourly position Pay based on experience: $25–$30/hour Overtime eligible Benefits eligible, including: 65% company-paid family health insurance Dental insurance Paid life insurance Short- & long-term disability FSA & dependent care benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off Job Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum 2 years of commercial painting experience Ability to communicate in English OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and drivers license Smartphone or mobile device Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and climb ladders MUST be able to pass a background check Expectations Report directly to a Kaloutas Project Foreman Arrive to jobsites on time, every day Experience working on commercial painting projects Complete timesheets every Friday Check phone and return calls/emails within 24 hours Complete all required safety training Maintain a great attitude and strong work ethic If you want to grow your career with a company that does right by its people , we’d love to meet you.
