There will be three days per week of travel within the Liberty Territory.    This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong analytical skills to drive brand growth, maximize Cross Franchise partnerships, and ensure alignment with market trends. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in CPG marketing, a strong understanding of retail dynamics, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.   The Commercial Operations Manager drives executional excellence across Liberty’s Commercial organization. This role connects strategy to action by ensuring commercial priorities, programs, and processes are executed with speed, accuracy, and consistency across all markets and channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial or Sales Operations (CPG/beverage industry ideal).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial planning routines and execution of brand, innovation, and promotional programs.
  • Manage commercial scorecards and dashboards (e.g., FTPR, RI, NIL, DME, execution metrics).
  • Partner with Finance on DME visibility and spend tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and GMs to ensure readiness.
  • Streamline commercial processes and tools (Ignitor, Envision, POS Store, BI dashboards).
  • Track performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across markets.
