About The Position
The Commercial Operations Coordinator for the Biopharma department will be responsible for overseeing key operational functions within our business. This role will support our Field Fleet Program, commercial onboarding activities, maintain the department roster and distribution lists, and support department print material management. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and follow internal processes while striving to increase operation effectiveness. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to optimize business performance. This position will be responsible for assessing, tracking, and communicating with key stakeholders on the status of these responsibilities. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.
