The Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a professional office environment.

Requirements

  • Business College graduate or e quivalent work experience.
  • Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle.
  • Great attitude with able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (required availability end of months/quarters/end of year/Holidays).

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns as needed.
  • Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application.
  • Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics.
  • Assisting with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance.
  • Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application.
  • Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in Dynamics.
  • Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed.
