Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required—training available
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and physical work
• Must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and workspaces
• Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and company standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors
• Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation expectations
