A Townsend Building Supply (a division of Carter Lumber) Commercial Multi-Family Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial/Multi‑Family Division which includes entering and generating quotes/orders, confirmation calls, assisting office staff and providing excellent service to customers. This is accomplished by having constant communication with the CMF Division to ensure orders are completed accurately and timely. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.
