About The Position

You will report to the Commercial Middle Market Banking Team. In this role, you will be tasked with assisting the NDFI Program Manager and NDFI Director to design both internal and external educational platforms to inform others on how to identify and refer NDFI opportunities. Your objective will be to gain high level understanding of varying niches within NDFI such as Alternative, Builder, and Mortgage. You will trend analysis specific to historical GL growth and custodial activity metrics in order to project operational growth capacity. You will design PowerPoint presentations to be used internally and externally to educate on NDFI platform including high level overview of each niche as well as operational processes, procedures, and capabilities with objective of increasing platform awareness and referrals. Preferred degree and skillset include a degree in business or finance, a solid understanding of financial statements, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners. This role is well suited for a candidate with strong finance, data, and Excel skills, which will be heavily utilized during the first half of the project, followed by design work driven by data analysis in the second half.

Requirements

  • You’re an undergraduate student aiming to graduate in spring 2026/2027 or a recent graduate within the last year.
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), fully onsite, for 10 weeks starting in June.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
