About The Position

The Senior Manager for Commercial Manufacturing & Transportation Cybersecurity Business Development and Account Management will apply business development and sales expertise along with knowledge of cybersecurity to sell, design, and support the implementation of security solutions for leading manufacturing and transportation companies. This role involves owning and driving the sales process throughout the sales lifecycle, engaging key stakeholders from capability and market teams. The manager will identify, establish, and maintain client relationships and manage Enterprise accounts while closing new sales opportunities. Additionally, the role includes working with the team to develop, manage, and maintain the market’s pipeline, providing leadership and mentoring to junior employees, contributing to the development of innovative principles and ideas, and working on complex problems across matrixed teams to provide creative solutions to solve clients’ core needs. The position also supports marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, events, and logistics, and involves working on complex tasks in the account, products and services, and the sales and account management process.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, including security strategy and advanced cyber defense.
  • 5+ years of experience with direct sales or delivery in the manufacturing space.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional sales, selling services, and managing Enterprise client accounts.
  • Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients.
  • Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments.
  • Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
