About The Position

As a Commercial Manager at Zara, you will play a crucial role in organizing, supervising, and checking the product in the Women's section of the store to maximize sales in line with company objectives while ensuring adherence to company standards. In this position, you will be responsible for commercial management, which includes analyzing store and regional sales to make informed commercial decisions. You will establish daily and weekly commercial action plans for your store, control and manage stock levels, product rotation, and sales success. Effective communication with Product Managers and teams in HQ Spain is essential, as is a strong understanding of the market, competitors, and fashion trends. You will also prepare, organize, and drive weekly shipments and plan and execute weekly workshops and commercial actions. Product management is another key aspect of your role. You will follow and adapt merchandising standards and guidelines, decide and implement merchandise changes, and maintain furniture standards throughout the store. Ensuring that lighting is correct and requesting changes when needed will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain constant communication with the in-store Window Dresser team and optimize the use of store mannequins while managing all display fixtures and fittings. Additionally, you will order all necessary POS materials for your store. People management is a vital component of this role. You will identify and develop internal potentials, implement training plans for the commercial team, and evaluate and promote the store team in collaboration with HR. Strong communication skills are essential as you work closely with the Store Director to grow and drive both the people and product areas of the store. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with at least three years of experience as a Visual Commercial, preferably with team management experience.
