Commercial Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)

The Commercial Manager´s primary responsibility is contract administration and risk management. The function will manage time/cost impacts and protect the project from damages. The Commercial Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the commercial aspects of our contracts throughout the entire project.
Requirements
- Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Proven experience with risk management fundamentals
- Negotiating skills and ability to make effective decisions
- Strong math/accounting skills
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities
- Proven ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Construction, or Business - experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 10 years of experience in overseeing all commercial aspects within construction projects.
