OverviewAs a Commercial Manager – Latam Distributors for CROCS you will hold end to end commercial responsibility for a portfolio of Crocs Distributor markets. You will act as the primary commercial partner to distributors, ensuring alignment with Crocs’ brand strategy, seasonal priorities, and commercial goals. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, digital, merchandising, operations, finance and customer operations. You will manage Crocs’ growth through effective GTM execution, market development, and operational excellence. This is a high visibility role within a fast-growing global brand. The position includes market travel across Latin America.
