About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to handle regular work orders and regular maintenance of commercial office building. Duties of the Maintenance Technician include General Electric, Plumbing, Refrigeration, and hvac. Also, be able to complete punch items for office unit turns. If you have previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Maintenance Technician will complete the submitted work orders efficiently and effectively and provide the resident with excellent and professional service.

Requirements

• General knowledge of handy work, electric, plumbing, refrigeration and hvac systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Well Organized
• Excellent time management to complete work orders
• Maintenance: 3 years minimum

Responsibilities

• General Upkeep of the property and/or grounds along with other tasks assigned
• Inspect Life Safety equipment and make repairs or replacements as needed
• Inspect properties to identify any issues or concerns needing to be addressed
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
• Confirm with residents to perform work orders
• Communicate with residents timely and effectively on their work order status
