About The Position
The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the effective, efficient, and timely delivery of maintenance services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial properties, utilizing various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. Technicians are equipped with a company van and tools, and they access their daily routes through company-provided devices. Opportunities for skill development through on-the-job training and professional education programs are also available.
