About The Position

We are a McDonald's Franchisee with eleven restaurants located in Orange, Seminole and Lake counties. We take pride in serving the highest quality food to our guests on a daily basis. It is of the utmost importance that we continually welcome our guests with a comfortable atmosphere and that all of our equipment is in top shape at all times. The top candidate will be expected to work on a full time basis and travel to our eleven restaurants in order to maintain, repair, troubleshoot, provide field service for our HVACR systems and also deliver excellent customer service to our employees and guests. Success is predicated on collaborating with our Senior Director of Operations in that all work will be dictated by him based upon level of importance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of verified experience in the commercial refrigeration installation and service industry
• EPA 608 Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Successful passing of a Background Check
• DBPR Class A State-Certified contractor
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure and leak tests, electrical checks and refrigerant charge adjustments
• Diagnose and correct any issues with electrical, piping and/or mechanical components
• Ensure all systems meet manufacturer specs and job requirements
• Keep records of work performed
• Maintain and repair HVACR systems
• Maintain and repair electrical components and wiring
• Repair and/or replace worn or defective parts
• Recommend maintenance to improve system performance
• Clean ducts, replace filters and check refrigerant levels
• Follow regulations regarding the recovery, recycling and disposal of fluids
• General maintenance and repair of other food service equipment
