Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

BSNB is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to play a key role in the onboarding of commercial loans and ongoing support to our customers. A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you will play a key role in the ongoing support of commercial loans after origination. In this position you will: Process unposted commercial loan payments and participation loan payments, perform quality control of commercial loans onboarded to the bank's core system and CRA Wiz, oversee system generated reports and customer notices, provide internal and external customer service, complete servicing and loan system maintenance requests, prepare and send monthly billing statements, process closed loans, complete SBA loan submissions, prepare and review payoff letters, monitor flood insurance requirements, and other loan servicing-related tasks.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- Two year's prior banking experience required
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Commercial loan servicing and commercial loan documentation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Process unposted commercial loan payments and participation loan payments
