About The Position

The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at Farmers and Merchants Bank is responsible for managing and processing loan maturities, resolving loan account issues, and preparing loan documents. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Track and process matured loans.
• Prepare loan closing documents and loan disbursement for commercial, consumer, and home equity loans.
• Maintain real estate property taxes.
• Process loan satisfactions.
• Track and report HMDA information.
• Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
