About The Position

Farm Credit of the Virginias is seeking to hire a Commercial Loan Processor I. This position will be based in either Staunton or Roanoke. The Commercial Loan Processor I supports lending operations by preparing and closing commercial loans, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional work experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Skilled in processing complex, detailed forms and documents
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Thorough knowledge of computer software applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Skilled in applying sound judgment and decision-making
• Ability to approach work with high standards and a positive attitude
• Minimal travel to other offices or for training
• May require overtime with limited notice
