Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and customer service

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, including real estate, agriculture, and small business lending
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess loan viability
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and servicing
• Participate in community events and organizations to promote the bank’s presence and commitment to local development
