About The Position
Angott Search Group is partnering with a Michigan-based bank to recruit a Commercial Loan Officer. This role is responsible for developing new commercial relationships, managing an existing loan portfolio, and delivering tailored credit solutions to local businesses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial lending experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit and underwriting
- Proven business development and relationship management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Originate and manage commercial loan relationships
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Structure and underwrite commercial loans in accordance with bank policy
- Monitor portfolio performance and manage credit risk
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
