Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in originating both C&I and CRE loans, both owner occupied and non-owner occupied.
  • Underwriting knowledge, from origination to loan closing and construction draws.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative/innovative problem solver.
