About The Position
The Commercial Loan Officer at Northrim Bank is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans with the goal of developing customer relationships and maintaining asset quality. This role involves business development, conducting loan interviews, performing cash flow and credit analysis, and preparing loan requests for approval. The Loan Officer also monitors loan performance, collects delinquencies, and may service government-backed loans such as SBA, USDA, and BIA loans.
