The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial loan process, ensuring accurate and timely processing from the receipt of loan applications to the closing and disbursement of funds. This role requires compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The specialist will work collaboratively within a team to facilitate the efficient progression of loans through the pipeline, while also representing the bank professionally to both internal and external customers.
