About The Position
This position is for an Associate in the Wayne/Pike Commercial Loan Team. The role involves providing support and training under the supervision of the team leader. The Associate will be trained to assist in every aspect of the commercial loan process, which includes maintaining client relationships and developing new commercial relationships. The position will also involve credit training to help identify new loan requests that align with Wayne Bank's loan policy and credit standards. Cultivating new relationships with businesses and centers of influence is essential, and local travel along with ongoing training will be required. The Associate may also need to work outside of normal business hours to meet customer needs.
