About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and financial legal matters, providing counsel on complex litigation issues, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, overseeing cases from discovery through to resolution.
• Draft various legal documents, including motions and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to develop strong cases.
