Requirements

Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado.
3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation, including courtroom experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

Handle and manage commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution, including pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Provide legal advice on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, fraud, partnership disputes, trade secret and non-compete issues, and other corporate conflicts.
Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and co-counsel to develop litigation strategies and manage expectations.
Stay current on legal developments, case law, and procedural rules relevant to commercial litigation.
Participate in firm-sponsored CLEs, client seminars, and business development activities.
