About The Position
Cole Scott & Kissane seeks a Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Attorney.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
- Must have 1 year of litigation experience
- Must possess strong analytical and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Practice in professional liability and commercial litigation
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients
