About The Position

The Hackensack, New Jersey office of Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. News in their list of "Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms," is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience handling commercial and business litigation matters. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. Responsibilities: Oversee and participate in all aspects of written discovery, ensuring accuracy, strategic alignment, and timely completion. Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses in complex insurance litigation matters. Conduct motion practice and present oral arguments, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients through consistent communication and case updates. Why KD? Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Requirements
