About The Position

Requirements

JD and Admission to practice law in New Jersey required
2+ years of commercial litigation experience required
Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery materials required
Experience managing discovery and client communications required

Responsibilities

Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
Lead assigned cases while collaborating closely with litigation partners
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy and analysis
Coordinate with paralegals and support staff on active matters
Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Handle multiple active matters while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
