About The Position

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation team in the Chicago office. This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries. You’ll be joining a growing and dynamic team situated in the heart of the Windy City. Our Chicago office provides a veteran litigation team focused on commercial litigation, product liability, securities, trade secret and bankruptcy matters. The team also offers clients a strong presence in the energy, aerospace, automobile and life science industries. Chicago holds a large manufacturing footprint, is home to more than 40 national medical and health associations and boasts a growing information technology sector. The largest city in the Midwest is the ideal location for firm attorneys to provide clients with experienced counsel on their litigation needs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of meaningful experience in product liability, commercial litigation, and other complex litigation matters
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
