About The Position
The Commercial Lines Underwriting Quality Assurance Analyst at Selective Insurance is responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of underwriting accounts to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert in various areas related to Small Business underwriting, including eligibility, pricing, and regulatory issues. The Analyst will also coordinate cross-regional file reviews, document problems, and work towards their resolution, while aggregating and analyzing results to recommend quality improvements.
