  • Assist in servicing commercial accounts, including handling billing, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy documentation
  • Follow all established and future Commercial Lines Department and Agency systems, procedures, and guidelines
  • Research and resolve company or agency accounting discrepancies promptly
  • Meet individual performance goals and objectives set by management
  • Communicate effectively with CSRs, Producers, and Agency Management to resolve client issues or clarify information
  • Provide backup and administrative support to Senior Commercial Lines Technical Assistants and the Sr. Claims Executive as needed
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of commercial lines workflows, procedures, and agency operations
  • High school diploma required; Broker's License to be obtained within two years of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency or company setting
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with initiative and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous professional education and development
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential job duties accurately and efficiently
