Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 10+ years in account management.
At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
Proficiency in Epic software.
Professional demeanor.
Strong sense of accountability.
Ability to work effectively with team members.
Ability to quickly adapt and perform all required responsibilities with minimal training.

Responsibilities

Provide overall management and oversight of daily operations within the commercial lines department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.
Enhance processes to support organizational goals and maximize productivity.
Lead and mentor a team of service representatives, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with agency service standards, rules, regulations, and procedures.
Design and implement systems and procedures to achieve financial and performance goals.
Develop, document, and audit agency operating procedures and service expectations.
Conduct interviews, hire personnel, and oversee team member training and performance evaluations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
Lead and direct the work activities of the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
