About The Position

Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and strategic planning for a select book of middle-market commercial clients. The ideal candidate will independently manage client relationships, provide expert insurance guidance, and deliver exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with all necessary equipment provided. Compensation Package Salary Range : $75,000 - $80,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
  • Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC preferred) and carrier sites.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hands-on, client-focused approach to customer service.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members.
  • In-depth understanding of guaranteed cost program design, coverage forms, and client requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review, negotiate, and finalize quotes.
  • Gather client information, analyze risks, and apply technical expertise to make recommendations.
  • Determine markets within the core carrier strategy.
  • Develop solutions and prepare recommendations for strategy meetings with Client Advisors.
  • Create complete carrier submissions and manage the submission process.
  • Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers.
  • Review binding documents for accuracy.
  • Conduct contract reviews.
  • Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
  • Organize and attach documents in EPIC.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms for client and carrier communications.
  • Create and assign activities in EPIC to team members.
  • Order loss runs, generate proofs, and review endorsements and audits as needed.
