About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days per week in the office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
Active Property & Casualty License (required).
Valid driver’s license and insurance (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating with team members.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).

Responsibilities

Managing a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service, advocacy, and professional communication.
Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
Reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
Coordinating expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
