About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts while delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in-office each week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Minimum of three years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
Active Property & Casualty License (required).
Valid driver’s license and insurance (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).

Responsibilities

Managing a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
Reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
Coordinating expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
