Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty license
Experience with Epic required
Comprehensive understanding of insurance terminology, Commercial Insurance principles, and effective risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

Ensure all placement activities maintain regulatory compliance.
Create and present detailed submissions for strategic placement.
Negotiate and finalize policy terms with underwriters.
Provide essential technical insurance expertise throughout the process.
Ensure consistent knowledge of insurance products, market developments, and regulatory updates.
Manage the marketing process, ensure data accuracy in all agency systems, and complete policy binding.
