Requirements

Responsibilities

• Field customer requests through phone and in-person interactions.
• Manage agency documentation and process policy changes.
• Handle billing inquiries and answer general policy questions.
• Administer an existing commercial book of business, focusing on small accounts.
• Support larger commercial accounts as needed.
• Provide personal lines customer service duties for account rounding.
• Participate in team office meetings to discuss workflow improvements and customer challenges.
• Prepare and conduct annual account reviews for long-term clients with larger accounts.
• Assist in social media content and web development meetings as a social media liaison.
• Act as a claims liaison, managing customer claims and ensuring a positive experience.
