About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a book of small business commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The position is primarily in-office, with one remote day per week.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years in account management and handling daily responsibilities in commercial lines.
Professional demeanor and communication.
Strong sense of accountability.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a commercial lines book of business for small businesses (all accounts under $50k premium).
Handle endorsements, billing/payments, claims, and cancellations.
Create and process new and renewal business submissions.
Obtain and manage loss runs and supporting documents.
Issue certificates, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards, and binders.
Check and distribute policies, create proposals for agents as needed.
Track cancellations, process audits, and manage audit tracking.
Handle bonds, remarket accounts, and quote account rounds for existing commercial lines business.
Stay updated on carrier updates and underwriting information.
