Based in Denver, CO, this Commercial Lines Client Service Manager opportunity focuses on supporting small to middle-market habitational clients. You’ll join a workplace where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your contributions make a real difference. As a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients. You’ll guide them through renewals, compliance, and enrollment processes, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs. You’ll analyze market trends, recommend policy changes, and identify opportunities to expand coverage. Your role will also involve preparing proposals, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and carriers. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
  • An active Property and Casualty Producer’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • A self-directed approach to managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with habitational clients (like condos or HOAs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for your clients, delivering exceptional service.
  • Prepare and present renewal and proposal documents.
  • Manage account changes, certificates of insurance, and policy updates.
  • Stay informed on market trends and advise clients on policy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to deliver tailored solutions.
