About The Position

Seeking an experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Client Executive to join a forward-thinking insurance agency with a strong reputation for excellence. Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
3-5+ years of commercial lines account management experience in an agency setting.
Experience working with middle-market accounts and admitted carriers.
Professional, client-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience with EPIC or other agency management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to assigned commercial lines accounts.
Manage new business and renewal workflows, including applications, proposals, binding, invoicing, and related tasks.
Research and resolve client issues such as policy forms, endorsements, audits, certificates, and loss experience.
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and complete records of client activities within the agency management software.
Stay informed on commercial lines marketplace trends and product offerings.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines team to achieve departmental goals.
Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
Cross-sell additional coverages and services through proactive client conversations.
