The HIG Academy 2026 is a 6-week immersive development program designed to prepare you for a full-time role as a Commercial Lines Client Associate at Houchens Insurance Group beginning in January 2026. Requirements

• December 2025 graduates or anyone with a passion for client service, business, or insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to relocate to one of HIG’s office locations after the program concludes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
