Requirements

0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
Must be licensed or willing to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with basic formatting skills.
Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
Strong commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of clients and colleagues.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground quickly.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends, products, coverage, and technology.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to follow established processes and workflows to achieve solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to work under close direction while achieving stated objectives and delivering results.
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet client needs.
Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC.
Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications such as BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
Create activities in EPIC and assign tasks to applicable team members.
Order and manage loss runs.
