The Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager position is designed to support the Account Executive in managing client relationships and ensuring client retention. The role involves assisting in the management of a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication. Additionally, the role includes handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, while maintaining a thorough understanding of the markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures. The position requires a proactive approach to reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy, as well as completing loss/claim analysis and summaries. Coordination with the department manager to obtain renewal business information is also a key responsibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a high degree of interaction with team members and is self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while maintaining a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines.
