About The Position

The Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager (AAM) supports Account Managers by handling tasks such as processing endorsements, audits, and monthly reporting. This role also assists with the renewal process of accounts by pulling loss runs, updating experience summaries, and running renewal updates.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Applied Epic agency management system.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Insurance Agent License.
• Insurance License Continuing Education.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of commercial lines experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Above average computer and typing skills.
• CIC, CISR designations.

Responsibilities

• Process all elements of endorsements, including sending them to the carriers, reviewing to make sure they are accurate once received, as well as sending to the insured along with any billing/invoice if necessary.
• Process/review audits and monthly reports.
• Assist AMs with renewals - Order loss runs, update experience summaries, and run renewal updates.
• Policy checking.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
