We are currently seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. You'll be assisting the account managers with preparing invoices, reviewing, and processing endorsements, policy checking and issuing binders and ID cards. Other tasks include preparing invoices, transmittals, ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders and cancellation forms as required, reviewing and processing change requests in the system of record, setting up and maintaining new and renewal client files in the system of record, participating in the renewal preparation process, providing quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers, and communicating with company personnel regarding the client's needs and/or issues.
