Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (must be obtained if not already held).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a professional business setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with insurance software such as ImageRight and AMS360.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Must be eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Handle data entry, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and other documentation.
Support the team in managing commercial middle-market and large accounts, primarily in the energy sector (80%), as well as manufacturing, distribution, construction, and property.
Collaborate with the team to address client requests, process endorsements, and manage policy-related tasks.
Communicate with underwriters and assist in preparing marketing plans, proposals, and policy summaries.
Ensure accurate invoicing, premium financing, and contract reviews.
Provide support during audits and address client inquiries.
